Returns and Exchanges - 30 Day Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 100 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to return or exchange your order

Step 1: Request a return form

• Email support@deanlora-london.co.uk to request the return/exchange form.

Step 2: Pack and ship your return

• Carefully package the item(s) and include the completed return form.
  
• Clearly write “Return” on the outside of the parcel.
• Use a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Step 3: Receive your refund or exchange

• Once we receive the package, we will:
  
  • Process your refund within 10 business days, or
  • Send your replacement item as soon as possible.

Important Information

• All items, including promotional items, may be returned or exchanged.

• Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

• Returns without a tracking number cannot be processed.

• Please ensure items are properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, bras, and similar intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged.
